Maintain peak performance and hygiene with our easy-to-replace replacement filters. Designed for use with your HEPOX device, these filters ensure clean and efficient operation. Each filter incorporates a viral and bacterial air filter for added protection. Plus, our innovative color-changing indicator lets you know exactly when it's time for a replacement – the white filter turns purple when it's reached its lifespan – typically 1 week (or 240 minutes) of use. Replacing the filters is a simple process, allowing you to quickly get back to your hypoxia sessions. After completing the initial 1-week protocol, we recommend using the device twice for 15 minutes, once every three days, to maintain the benefits of hypoxia exposure. Keep your training consistent and your air quality optimal with our reliable replacement filters.

HEPOX™ was born from necessity. As a mechanical engineering student and aspiring pro cyclist, I hit a performance plateau that effort alone couldn’t overcome. To compete with the best, I needed the same physiological edge that many professional athletes seek— altitude adaptation. I had heard from other professionals about altitude effects on red blood cell production, but a $6,000 setup wasn’t an option (especially not one that takes over your bed). So I set out to build a better solution. I invented HEPOX™: a compact and affordable device that safely simulates high-altitude oxygen levels to trigger red blood cell production and oxygen-efficiency adaptations. The results were transformative, helping me earn a professional racing contract. Now that I am retired from professional racing, I’m bringing HEPOX to athletes everywhere—making elite-level training accessible and portable.
