Hepox™ protocol
A structured timeline for optimal implementation and results.
Important Notes
Always use while seated and at rest for optimal results.
Maintain consistent timing between sessions during Week 1.
For best results, follow the maintenance schedule throughout performance season.
The HEPOX™ beta device is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Altitude is still one of the biggest legal performance levers—but other solutions are expensive and inconvenient.

Intermittent Hypoxia, EPO, and Athletic Performance: What the Research Actually Shows
What is intermittent hypoxic exposure?
Intermittent hypoxic exposure, often shortened to IHE, means repeated exposure to reduced oxygen availability, usually separated by recovery periods. Unlike living at altitude for weeks or sleeping in an altitude tent, intermittent hypoxic exposure uses shorter, more targeted sessions.
For athletes, the goal is not just to experience “altitude.” The goal is to create a physiological signal that may contribute to adaptations related to oxygen delivery, oxygen utilization, ventilatory efficiency, and altitude tolerance.
HEPOX is designed to make this type of exposure portable, repeatable, and measurable with pulse oximetry.
The three variables that matter most:
